Terms of Service.
1) Scope and Relationship
Website Terms vs. Paid Services. These Terms apply to your use of the Site and any publicly available materials, forms, newsletters, or contact channels on the Site. If Zetron provides you with professional services (e.g., software development, AI/ML work, cloud/platform engineering, consulting), those services are governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), Statement of Work (“SOW”), or Order Form). If there is a conflict, the MSA/SOW controls.
No Professional Advice. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, security, or other professional advice.
2) Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent you are authorized to bind that entity.
3) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4) Your Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, systems, or networks;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including through malware, scraping at abusive rates, or denial-of-service);

5) Intellectual Property
Our IP. The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software) are owned by Zetron or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Limited License. Zetron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your internal, non-commercial evaluation and informational purposes.
Trademarks. “Zetron” and related marks are trademarks of Zetron. You may not use them without prior written permission.
6) Feedback and Submissions
If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant Zetron a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
7) AI-Related Content and Output (If Applicable)
If the Site or Services provide AI-generated content, tools, or outputs:
No Guarantee of Accuracy. AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated; you are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
Your Responsibility. You will not use AI outputs for high-stakes decisions without appropriate human review and domain validation.
Restricted Use. You will not use any AI features to generate unlawful content, violate third-party rights, or attempt to bypass safety controls.
8) Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. Zetron does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy at {Privacy Policy URL}. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share data.
10) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Site. However, no system is 100% secure, and we do not guarantee that the Site will be free of vulnerabilities, uninterrupted, or error-free.
11) Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ZETRON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
No Indirect Damages. ZETRON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
Liability Cap. ZETRON’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZETRON FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Basis of the Bargain. These limitations apply even if Zetron has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zetron and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (c) content you submit through the Site.
14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if required for security or legal compliance. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).
15) Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us at:
copyright@zetron.example with: (i) identification of the copyrighted work, (ii) the infringing material and its location, (iii) your contact info, and (iv) a statement of good-faith belief. (If you operate in the U.S. or handle UGC, consider publishing a full DMCA policy.)
16) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of {Governing Law / Jurisdiction}, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in {City, Country}, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
17) Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement (Site Use). These Terms and any policies referenced form the entire agreement regarding Site use.
Severability. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without Zetron’s consent; Zetron may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
